Initial Discovery Call

In this 60-minute session, we’ll do a deep dive into your health background and any symptoms you are experiencing, explore your current lifestyle and what an ideal lifestyle looks like for you, and discuss specific areas of hormone health you want to focus on. We’ll go over any medications you’re currently taking, and chat about your sleep, stress, and dietary habits. This is a great starting point to get to know what health coaching is all about, and you’ll leave with a high-level game plan for moving forward to feel your best self.

Health Reset Program

Included in the program, you’ll get:

  • A 60-minute discovery call so we can get to know each other

  • Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions for 3 months

  • Unlimited messaging access between sessions to ensure none of your questions go unanswered

  • Action steps each week to guide you forward in the practices we discuss

My signature 12-week program will start off with an initial discovery call so we can get to know each other. Once we’ve identified your goals, we can explore areas like mindset, healthy habits, confidence, building sustainable lifestyle practices, and more. We’ll meet bi-weekly for 50 minute sessions throughout the three months.
